You can actually do it without removing the surrounds. First slide the front window all the way back, remove the front upright section of seal. Now dig about in the channel and undo any screws. With this done locate the plastic slug that is screwed in to stop the rear window being able to slide forward, remove this. Slide both pieces of glass forward and dig out any screws and remove. With this done and a bit of force you should be able to slide the lower channel out. Once this is done it should give you enough room to manoeuver the glass out of the frame.
