Hi!

I thought about stopping oil surge with a std. oil pipe. Could it work to make a baffle for the speedo housing and separate it from the rest of the gearbox? The speedo drive wont need much oil anyway. A smal hole should be enough.

If it works, it could be a quick & easy & cheap alternative for a competiton oil pipe...

Cheers,
Jan

Why bother, the central pick up pipe is cheap enough as it is.

I agree and easy to fit too. Plus it is well tested and proved to do the job.

Yes. I know. And I'm very happy with my long pipe *happy*

But... You now - if you have to build a gearbox on a saturday afternoon and fit in on sunday - in that case - and if you NEED a anti-oil-surge-thing - you think it would work? :)
