Hi everyone,

Due to a very long story which ends up with me being dropped in the shit with a house I had lined up and having to move elsewhere at short notice where storage space is available but not ideal Im putting the miglia up for sale.

Mini miglia shell built by Peter Vickers from a new shell but based on a 68 donor car. Therefore comes with a perfectly legal 1968 V5.It would take a couple of pages to do a write up of everything on the shell but here is a rough spec on it.

Full weld in miglia spec cage.Linked into the front subframe mounts and back shock mounts.Tagged to the shell down the a pillars and at various other points around the shell. The shell is virtually rust free with only tiny bits of surface rust on the floor.

Weld in miglia rear anti roll bar.

Carbon front end, bonnet, boot lid & wheel arches.

Custom alloy boot floor.

Custom alloy parcel shelf.

Custom alloy dash, the same as a carbon miglia one but in alloy.

Full width bulkhead box

Seam welded and strengthened around all suspension points.

Additional mounting points for subframes .

Custom mounts for steering column and seat from the rollcage.

Sealed firewalls.

Tubbed rear arches.

The shell is a close to a new miglia shell as you will get without paying out 4k for a heritage shell and then paying vickers the 5-6k they quoted me to do the same work as this one.

I also have both subframes to go with the car

Rough list of modifications/parts to front;

*Seam welded.
*Additional triangulated bracing added.
*Additional mountings added to tie into front bulkhead.
*Front tower bolts milled out to allow direct suspension adjustment.
*Mounting lugs for removable front end.
*Mounting lugs for front mounted radiator.
*Custom made solid mounts.
*Original Hilo adjustable suspension trumpets.
*Uprated suspension cones.
*Rose jointed, adjustable heavy duty tie rods.
*Rose jointed, adjustable heavy duty bottom arms.
*Rose jointed steering pivots.
*Pair of 8.4" disc brake hubs.

Rough list of modifications/parts to rear;

*Custom made direct to body solid front mounts.
*Custom made direct to body solid rear mounts.
*Cone seat modified to allow direct suspension adjustment.
*Tubular rear member to replace standard c section.
*Exhaust mountings built into subframe.
*Seam welded.
*Standard radius arms.
*Shaved down minifin drums.
*Adjustable rear camber brackets.

As well as the shell and subframes I also have a few other bits to go with it.

There are a pair of virtually as new (been fitted to a car that was never used) roversport doors that have curley carbon fibre door cards.
Adjustable bias Tilton pedal box with Girling master cylinders & full car run of braided brake/clutch lines.
Laminated front screen.
Momo steering wheel on weld in quick release.
Seat mounts ready to weld in.
Front false floors.
Wink 5 wide view mirror with custom mounts.

Price wise I want £2500 for the lot.Im losing a good chunk of money at that price and Im sure you can imagine with the house going tits up im not in the mood to be messed around on this so no silly offers please,I wont let it go for pennies as I can squeeze it in at the new place if needs be its just awkward.

Pics, excuse the amount of dust and the metal filings everywhere!

Cheers Ross.

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.
