no its right at the bottom, two bobbles, although Ive not heard of them stopping the engine turning, just making a noise.

have you checked the bottom bolts ? 1293 Turbo mini

ooh yeah, bottom two bolts behind the chain need to be counter sunk otherwise they'll hit the chain. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

Id guess bottom bolts cant see the cover stopping rotation just making a noise. |
