Welcome.

7.2:1 CR will be shite of boost and take ages to make any useful boost. Listen to uncle Joe *wink*

standard turbo pistons. It will be seeing at least 22psi this weekend. 17psi in the video.

yeah, on my new engine I'm on about 8.2:1 and ive been putting 19psi in on 97 octane, thats probably pushing it though.

golden rules, fit an intercooler, get the CR between 8-8.5 if your going to run a bar or more, or about 9 if your going to run less, run a shortish duration cam. fit an x pin diff.

if you have a power figure in mine, then you can get a better idea.

ok your looking at needing about 15-17 psi boost, aim for 8.5:1 CR it'll give you room to push the boost higher, or run on crap fuel in a pinch.

camwise, the MG metro cam is good, as is the Kent 266, the Avonbar Phase 2 is very good, and so far my calver RE13T seems very good too.

head wise, go for somthing thats flowed but not with massive valves, somthing like 36x31.

at 150 you'll just about get away with a good std rebuilt box, but as i said change the diff for the X pin

the T3 is ok but a lot of people are moving on to more modern turbo's like the GT17 from the Saab 95 but you can think about that at a later date.
