Can these be wired in to work without the ecu? so you can turn the boost down with the flick of a switch?

half the above people never have or never will have one of my 2 stage boost kits but it sounds like they all do ......lol.

limit wise... none.. you can earn anything and be a sole trader... but you'll need to be VAT registered if your turnover exceeds about 55k a year.

Its a simple soleniod (sp).

If you wanted to you could make a variable boost controller with some simple elctronics to drive the valve at different frequiencies!

So the solenoid in the top picture ( that i didn't even mean to post), that must be the carb vent valve is it?

Just asking this cos when i bought my engine it came with two boxes of parts, one was the ordinary ancillaries that you find on most mini engines, and one was full of pipes and valves and other interesting bits related to the turbo!!

I think BIR1 is fitted with one of these fantastic power valves.
You just wouldn't believe the diffference it makes.. The car flies, and spins in fourth now..
