Is this a T2?

Im on the look out for a cheap T2 turbo for my 998 turbo build and i got in contact with a fella that is breaking a Renault 5. I just want to make sure that it is the right turbo. He doesnt know if its a T2 so i got him to give me the serial numbers on the turbo so that i can identify but im still struggling to find a definiate answer through google. These are the numbers he found on the turbo. 465367.......6001021213.......00672f....tb0235. The turbo also has airesearch on the side of it.
Also is this water cooled or not. Any ideas whats one of these worth.
Any tips on what to look for when buying a used turbo because im new to all this.
