mine has heaps of holes in it & is pretty stuffed & im thinking it's gonna be easier to just De Bump it.

what is the process apart from cutting the lip off or do you drill the spot welds out?

The spot welds for the front need to be drilled off, then either welded back up or filled in, my mate had to cut off his lip earlier this year as it had gone rotten. If you have a piece of copper, hold it behind the hole and weld it up, the weld doesnt stick to it. I never knew that until recently *happy*

I am in the process of doing mine as I recently bought a new front panel.

Drill out the spot welds and it's as easy as that. My tip is to buy a spot weld drill bit and if you're careful, you won't have to do any welding as it only goes through the first panel and not the second.

The rear is a lot more difficult but not sure if you're going that far.

Speed doesn't kill, suddenly becoming stationary, now that's what'll get ya!
