the 60 foots arnt bad, 2.5 is good for a mini, 2.3 would be very good.

got your 1/8th and 330's, i suspect the issue is 2nd gear traction.

Ironically i think you might go faster with less boost.

i had 2 runs on my own and 2 with simon in the car we had quite a good race with a bini.

my two solo's were.

60ft ----2.5065----------2.4079
330ft----6.243----------6.1003
1/8th----9.1648---------9.068
1/8th mph-85.06-------83.65
1000et-----na-----------11.6285
1000mph---na----------94.67
1/4-----13.8047--------13.8159
mph-----105.19--------102.57

best possible from the two runs was a 13.66s.

first run used 19 psi and big misfire ,secong run used between 13 and 14.5 psi and still misfired but a bit less ..

mixture was way rich at 11.4:1.

13.2 on yoko, 13.0 on slicks. Pretty crap really no traction with either tyres and too much headwind

I seriously doubt it!

My best was a 15.07 @ 86mph

Pretty happy with the 2.17 60 foot though, not bad for an open diff.

I my exhaust is killing the top end though, so need to do something about that.

Tyres A048R 165/55/12 reasonably low on air, 3.44:1 final drive, standard a+ gearbox

weight, probably about 590kg without driver

I reckon its down to the torquey n/a 1380 so no massive bang of power, and the short 1st gear, though could only floor it in 2nd anyway.

most 60 foots were 2.2-2.3 just hooked that one up really well.

To be honest it was good having the odd Supra, Mitzy in the mix to get a perspective. Most were in the late 14's. So any mini below 16's was a pretty good showing in my book. :)

Although it was a mini only day on the Sunday, towards the end, they were allowing other cars on track. I shocked my friend who thought his E36 M3 was up to beating my mini.

i did the black twinturbo supra *tongue*

apparently a 14.5 but idont have that slip

soo my official pb stands at

reaction____+.8836
60ft________2.6614
330ft_______6.6042
1/8 et______9.7164
1/8 mph____80.80
1kft________12.3425
1kftmph_____91.78
1/4 ET______14.61
1/4 mph____98.41

that was against the lad in the 212bhp bini, once i knew i had im i lifted for the last second or so, wish i hadnt i would have been on for a 100mph pass
thats also the run i lost 4th cyl inlet

i havnt really launched it hard either and not giving it all untill 3rd/4th because of the lack of grip one it hooked in 3rd though the acceleration is insane, cant imagine what it must be like for you 200+ bhp lads
