hi all im after so technical advice on engines, my current set up is 1293 supercharged injected. lost alot of compression 3 cylinders are on 5 bar and 1 cylinder is on 4 bar and is smoking alot its never been right, so im goin to build up my 1275 mg metro engine that i have spare.

Use the standard crank and rods. Just make sure that they are all round where they should be and straight where they should.

ok, are you sure on standard crank and rods how much horse power and torque can the standard crank and rods take safely?.

ok so how much rpm can the standard rods and crank take? dunno what cam im goin to use yet what cam do people advise on a supercharged engine? heard a rumor that piper were developing a supercharged cam for the a series engine? not to sure how true.

Ive taken std bottom ends to 7500, above that I'd fit arps bolts and cross drill and ballance,
