Maybe somoen needs to tell one of the manufacturers of these bike speedo's (who obviously have the technology and experience) of the demand for such a unit....

Backlit as in the numbers lighting up in any colour you want?

Just put batterys in it and its not backlit :( Dont know about range - buy it and try it its cheap!
