my slave is leaking fluid, minispares dont have any rebuild kits, a i cant be arsed ordering a new one from them as i grudge paying ?8 delivery for a small item,
im gonna try and order one from halfords before i ring what should i be asking for apart from the obvious,

mini or metro slave ?
what year ?

Whether its for a virto or pre virto but the year should determine that.

just rang halfords they dont do em at all, i thought feebs said they could get them ?

try a local place, they tend to be able to get them, know my local autofactors get them.

go for genuine, they last longer

what year do i ask for to get a verto

I have made a few work for a long time by stripping and cleaning rub the inside of the slave with fine wet an dry if it works it will give you time to organise a spare.

your asking the wrong people i work for halfords to we can even get hybrid turbos will find out for you give me a few minutes

ok phoned work for a 91 mini there a crazy price ?40 or so but for an 80's mini they're ?20 different stores have different local suppliers so depends where your based, however phoned my local mini/metro breakers they want ?20.95 for verto and ?17.95 for non if that helpls brand new that is

minispares do them also but agree on the delivery phoned them yesteray to cancel my order i mean how hard is it to put something in a box and post it! also you order a bolt for a pound and have to remortgage your house to pay for delivery! sorry they just pissed me off
