Theyve made it all wierd, I couldnt find any bits for my mk3 astra last night in car parts, so I searched for specific parts and they were there but it said no results in car parts found in all catagories?????? Its strange at the moment.

one day boost will be mine!

I've sent off a rant to ebay. I suggest everyone else does the same. If enough people moan on ebay as opposed to forums they might listen.

I find when Ebay change the look of their system, it fucks up the search for a while.

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

I hate ebay, and they rip you off, and especially when you get some twat who has 1000 identical things listed so you can't find what you're looking for easily.

Unfortunately with the amount of people on there and the lack of stuff for sale on other auction sites it's still the only really useful auction site.

Ha ha been on a camping trip for a week, just got back and one of the first things i did was look in the ebay car parts section (no smart phone for me) and found myself wading through loads of bmw shit. i thought, hmm have i forgot how to use ebay in the last week, has all that southen air gone to my head?? only to be reassured when seeing this thread (the second thing i did :-p ). i do find it helps if you refine a little in the search bar, for example...mini - (bmw, countryman, alloys). i have noticed over the last few months a load of pictureless ads for parts around 2k occupying a large proportion of this section too. Sort it out!

Read the last post by jenni.uk@ebay.com. looks like the have seem some sense and applied a filter based around whether it was or wasn't in classic parts before.
