yup another numbers thread lol..

i was wondering , does anybody else work out thier best segments of all thier runs ,add them together ,and see what ,if they could tie it all together , they could do as a best possible run ?
in my spud , i have these segments ...

(worked out by simply taking the 60ft time from the 330ft time ,then the 330ft from the 660ft then the 660ft from the 990 ft etc .)

.60ft.........................2.315
60ft---330ft...............3.6
330ft---660ft.............2.798
660ft----990ft...........2.322
990ft----1320ft.........2.072

gives a grand total of 13.107s.

anyone else go through this ocd process ??

Somewhere on the net is a site which, if you quote vehicle weight and horsepower will give you the best time you will ever get, in theory.

My car,s best possible is just over 15.0 so my 15.9 is as close as I.ll ever get, I reckon

I could post mine up from the pug if you want, i get good 60fts but then i hit second gear lol, wish i could find the quater i did in the old mans beemer cracking 60ft and 330 just cant find the slip

we can't really cobble best sectolrs together with the Don, as the 11.1 was the best it ran in all areas,

what i did do was cross reference them with the cox gtm belonging west, and went from there,

looking at his best time of 10.87, he was a clear 0.022secs wuicker to the 1/8 than Tom, .this i believe is purely down to traction as we were faster in mph at the 1/8,

Tom was spinning the wheels all through second on the quick run last year , this is why i have fitted progresive nitrous control but as traction was rubbish at MITP i didn't bother using gas,


i say if Tom were to run the car in exactly the same setup and same 60 ft as before there is 2 tenths to come off,

but lets not forget that the car is now going even quicker than last year due to a simple change i made,

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
