has anyone done a top mount set up and moved the carb round?

or just moved the carb?

was thinking of ways to get the carb away from my piping hot t3.

13.95 1/4 mile on a 2.95 fd. Carnt be that hard to beat!

I don't think it's really an issue. if you're worried, best thing to do is insulate the turbo and add extra heat protection under the carb.

jason g on here did some nice ones.

I've seen an inverted t3 before but this was "coupe" using megasquirt.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Look at rober's turbo for good insulation.

I have found that a simple alloy plate around 6" wide under the carb is sufficient.

i use a modified n/a aubment plate, bent between the turboand carb with the spring 'arm' cut off, seems to do the trick

I believe Robert a number of years ago did an inverted T3 with a suck through carb
