Need to replace the flat roof on our kitchen extension.

Anyone got one of the GRP roofs like these http://www.topseal.co.uk/

Can anyone recommend a supplier/installer?

i have done two of these, one on a friends garage and the other on our extension. Both have been a great sucess, although neither have been on very long, probably about 2 years on the garage and 1 year on our extension.

What do you want to know about them? To me they seem to be a very good system, and not too bad to lay, take longer than a conventional roof, but will last longer as well, so its horses for courses i guess.....

i will find out where all our stuff came from (i just laid it, didnt have anything to do with buying it, so im not sure where it was from (somewhere in bristol) and i dont know how much it costs either im afraid!) Have you ever done any work with fibreglass before? if you have to be honest you will be fine doing this yourself, im certainly not aware of anyone in my area that works with it professionlly, most of the roofers round here are stuck in the dark ages!!!! There are certianly a fair few hints and tips that i can give you if you fancy having a crack at this yourself...... shame your so far away... i would have offered to come and help, i absolutely love the smell of the stuff!!!!!

And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers!

Cheers for the info. Was after an idea if there are any pro's or cons with them.

Didn't really think about doing it myself. Not done any fibreglass work myself and not got a lot of spare time so was planning to get someone in to do it.

On the whole it looks ideal for what I want. Is it easy to seal round pipes?
