could be a long shot, but dont suppose anyone has got the measurements of the 16 stations on a standard BDD needle?

the bdd and bca are very similar upto station 6, which is strange as a few have said the bca is too rich at cruise?

Im sure cruise must move to 6-7 under light throttle, as my car is now 12-1 at cruise with bdd, compared to 10.5.

yeah probably, i have got a BFY needle which came out of a na 1275, it is 0.10-0.15 slimmer than a BDD at stations 6-7, plan is to keep stations 1-7 the same then profile 8-16 more like a BCA, like so...






not sure if i shall have to richen it up a little around the middle, who knows, see how it goes.

Interesting, I also found bca very rich at 8-14psi of boost. What boost you running?

ill be running upto and around 18psi, i think ill leave it a tad leaner than that, maybe 0.05-0.03mm, which according to turbo tel should equate to around 1 on the AFR, give me a little for fine tuning.

should be yes, just needs andy (apbellamy) to finish of the wiring on my mj and if all goes to plan that should be it.

yeah he has to juggle my wiring, t he van and johns clubby around work etc, it should be done after 1 more session, if not or he cant make it ill give you a ring.
