Have you put your throttle before or after the charger?

I have put it after the charger, with a circulation valve in front; I did some reading of my own and think/hope it will work.
I did follow the discussion about this topic some time ago, I have a back-up scenario in mind.

Thanks Graham
It's going to be a pain though as I need a door reskinned and getting the color to match will be pretty hard because of paint having metallic particles an pearlecent in it...

Might go for some satin black on doors and bonnet in the end if it won't match.

Northamptonshire.

Thats fair enough then

I'm gonna start building a blow through set up to be able to use a intercooler. only thing is I wont be using a Carb ill be going fuel injection for better control but Ill see how well that goes.

but I will use the throttle before the charger and a bypass

How the time flies and hardly any progress; talking about life getting in the way.. :(
Anyways, to help getting Si's mood up, here is a bit of an update.

So been working on a new dash...
First made sure the dials are readable (as much as possible)

Then pre-bent two peices of plywood glued together.
The changed dials layout about 100x till everything fitted about right.

Cut out all the holes and fitted dials.

I am happy with the result, it will finished with some black vynil.
Now on to making some kind of wire harness..

Thanks

Edit: trying to get pics working... *oh well*
Edit2: another try to get pictures to work properly....

Must be something with using outlook OneDrive; I think I fixed it.

Indeed, sitting in driving positions, then wanting a radio in ad fitting to many dials...
But in the end...... *happy*

There's only a few dials to realy keep aan eye on I think.
They are supposed to be of a Triumph Dolomite I learned from this site.
The AFR ones are from Innovate.

Right... December 2015....*blush*

Found some renewed spirit and energy to get going again.
Thought a deadline might help, so... IMM Bristol it is!

To go on where I left off; the dash in black:

Been building up front suspension; so nice when parts are new/newly plated/freshly painted:

Now let's see if pictures work.....

Edit:
I guess not.. :(

Edit 127:
Got it!

Thanks chaps
I have been doing some stuff to the engine aswel
For timing reasons and ease I decided to first put the 998 back in, this way also it doen't matter to much if I screw up while learning to program the MS and melt a piston.
I had a NA MG Metro cam lying around so thought I might aswell use it.

The TM timing protractor did it again...
I converted the PDF so it could be lasered from a stainless steel plate; I can share the file if someone is interested.

Also adapted the plug for ventilation

Finding out I am to thick to figure out how to properly post pictures via Outlook I made a Flickr account; hoping pictures will now show and stay visable....

So the saga continues; I have cleaned the engine and painted it.
I have made a bracket for the crank sensor; not completely welded-up

Then figured I'd do a pre-build to see if all still fits.... and it does...

As expected I did need to modify the waterpump to get sufficient clearance to the belt:
