hi guys just after some ideas at the min as iv not had chance to look at the car tonight. what happend was when i got in the car after work i notice that the clutch peddle whent rock hard higher( not as much peddle travel) than normal, then after 10 mins of motor way driving i get to a roundabout i change down to 3rd fine then try to go down to second and it grinds i stop at the roundabout and try first it grinds again after a couple of attemps it goes in 1st set off try second grinds goes in 3rd and fourth fine i nursed it home in 3rd, iv had a look at the throw out nut and it seems tobe all the way out(towards the wing) im sure it wasnt there before. Any help would be great just so i can rule things out before i decide to rip it all out

it sounds like it's unwound itself and just needs the throw out setting again.

cheers guys il have a look in the morning hope its not too serious as my turbo engines not quite there yet

wel it turns out that there wasnt anything wrong with the clutch or box. i took off the wok cover to have a look nothing seemed out of place put the cover back on tryd it and it worked. just a bit of pmt after some attention *hehe!*

Done now needs redoing lol
