Contgratulations to Endaf who won the Dunlop mini miglia championship on the weekend. He managed to win the championship on points before even starting the last race at Croft, but still managed to go out and win the last race and get fastest lap *happy*

Lets hope he can carry on the success next year when he races the BDA power miguire mini for Sheepspeed.com

What race series will this be in? I used to see Phil Hepworth in a Maguire Mini at Oulton when I was younger. Some saloon championship with about 6 different classes, some weird and wonderful machines. Could've evolved in to this I think http://www.barc.net/regional_centres/north_west/champ.php

Excellent news.

It was good watching them earlier in the year. Is he packing in Migs altogether? as it was a pretty small grid when I came.

BDA (belt drive A type) is the RS1600 mk1 escort engine, basically a pupose designed head (by cosworth) to fit on the crossflow bottom end,

as the cross flow had been adapted to the mini box the BDA went on too.

you got it,

for the eagle eye ones it's an alloy block made by cosworth by request. I belive endaf also has the moulds for the block too.

If memory serves...didn't the 1600 use the Crossflow block and the later 1800's use an alloy block?
Very rare, never seen one TBH

That engine is awesome. Who made the block? and are you having a custom made crank?

Didnt Allen make the 2 cylinder BDAs?
