This morning my TV re-tuned itself and gained some of the HD Freeview channels.

In my part of Suffolk we don't get HD on Freeview until November, I have to use Freesat at the moment, but I have found the culprit.



They must have upped the power on the Belmont transmitter, my ariels, pointing at Tacolneston would be in that general direction.
