hi not sure if anyone has done this already or if its possible but does anyone know if you could put the engine from the gt renault twingo into a mini? its a 1.2 16v turbo.

probably is possible with the right know how. but i dont see why you would go to all the effort. they're only about 100hp. one day boost will be mine!

Quite good engines for economy, they are also in clios as well but personally a mini engine would be alot better they run out of puff quite quickly and for the price you would pay for the engine and to get a subframe done drive shafts ect you could have a 200hp 16v twin cam fi engine no point imo Drives
