wouldn't mind a bit of advice on this aswell, without hi-jacking the thread that is.

mine are spax 14 point on the back, and 1 spax 14 point and one spax 28 point on the fronts. (blame minispares!)

Up to 2/3rd setting front, 1/3rd back.

Then see how you get on and have a play about to suit yourself.

There are no definative settings, depends on your wheels, std trumpets or hi-los, etc etc

I have mentioned this before but be very wary of going too hard at the back of the car.

ouch ouch

im using inno springs and have mine on 4/32 setting on the back. It hardly moves at all.

20/32 setting on the front with minispares rising rate doughnut jobbies and its still too soft. Depends what doughnuts u got on there.
