How big is the blaster? Big enough for a radius arm? If so I'll take it

They all avon slicks, the wets are same compound as drys buy just cut.

The 2 rear drys are not brilliant, got a groove round where caught the arch.. would rough out or cut for another wet?

Front drys are sound. Back Wets are sound.

Inside wet is bit rough where it dried on a lap but still loads of life in it.

Wellers are 8x13's

Mini Lights are 7 x 13's

Tyres sizes are front 8.2/20/13

Rear 7.2/20/13

Pics might be difficult but rims not curbed or crashed or anything like that.

Will try and get pics if you need

I'm definitely interested in the belts. Can you tell me which model they are? I had a look on the website, but there are more than one versions of the 6 point.

Alright mate,

Is the engine crane a 1 tonner?

Maybe interested, getting fed up of using block and tackle.

I beleve , as the shockers are mounted like that with the bellcarnk design, it reduces the unsprung weight, thus handeling better ??

The trailer looks ok, but I'd be worried that the wheels are too far rearward, meaning a high nose weight.

Might be possible to move the axle forwards, not sure from photo.

my mini wont fit on that anyway so would be modified, im just worried because it has no mam plate, and ive spent best part of 2 days finding out how important that is, apparently its very important if its over 750kg now i can get one / make one but still when (if)pc plod pulls me i want to be clean with no come backs

the rules/laws state the mam of the trailer has to be less than the curb weight of the car, the answers im getting are how do you know the mam of the trailer unless it has the plate? never a straight forward yes or no..

the police have full power to seize the trailer and all its load if its found to be illegal

It isn't the police you need to worry about, it is VOSA.

The actual ruling is that;

The sum of MAM of tow car and trailer must be less than 3500kg

AND

The MAM of trailer must be less than the MAM of tow car.

In a practical example, my Audi is MAM 1850kg. Trailer MAM 1400kg (400kg unladen, 1000kg max imposed load).

Therefore 1850 + 1400 = 3250, this is less than 3500kg so "TICK"

And 1400kg is less than 1850kg so "TICK".

So as a stupid yet true story, I am legal to tow with my Audi and my trailer, yet if I use my Shogun, which has MAM of 2800kg or something, I am not legal, as 2800 + 1400 =4200kg which busts the 3500kg limit.
For this reason I'm looking into a +E test to make sure.

However if you are considering using your Volvo I would check the MAM as its a big heavy car so whereas my Audi is fine, you could well be very borderline. Also my trailer is quite lightweight at 400kg for a twin axle car trailer.

i think the volvo does the 3500kg on its own *happy* (not far off *tongue*
mam of the volvo 2150kg
)

and your very correct Tom i think im ok upto 1400kg but will double check
if that trailer had the little plate id have it tomorrow

the mam of the trailer has to be less than the empty, unladen weight of the car... not the cars mam though

As Tom says, you can make your own, just make sure you do your sums.

I have no plate on mine. In reality I think if I got pulled, they'd say put one one, rather than seize the trailer. Mainly because it's a decent trailer and it'd probably cost more for them to deal with seizing it rather than saying on your way sonny.
