been having a think. i'm gonna take the supercharger off my motor and turbo it instead. been wanting to get it running again to no avail, so, i am gonna just put a good turbo set up on it, so i can at least drive the car after 2 years out of use. i dont really know a lot about the turbo set ups, so.....pointers anyone??? my current engine spec is:-
balls to the blower!!!

whats the difference between the metro, r5 gtt and the saab turbo's? what sort of boost can be run with them? balls to the blower!!!

i see. the torque i got from my blower set up when it was running a single hif was awesome so i would really want something with least lag as possible. not really wanting to go mega fast. mine seemed to top out at 86mph but got there fecking quick balls to the blower!!!

If you want something that fits easy with little lag etc. Then a mirage manifold and DP with r5 t2 would be a good option. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

plus i ran 17psi boost with the blower i had so the box and head are more than up to it. (so far!) balls to the blower!!!

they are a little temprimental in the A series ............and need constant tinkering with at best .......especially if its not been set up correctley in the first instant and you have a miss mash of not the right parts,
