Doesnt matter too much what the afr is aslong as it passes emissions ur ok mine bounces like fook aswell though every thing in my carb is new so im interested in what others doo Yes i moved to the darkside |

AFR at idle will move around, more if the cam is hot. It's nothing to worry about. |

13.5 AFR is 2.5% CO so that is about right for idle at least |

mine always used to move around too Audi s4 b5 - 470bhp & 486ft lbs

Mines lean at idle very lean at 17-18 idles ok & comes straight down to 14-15 normal drive & 11 on wot |

mine used to move about between 13-15 at idle. cleaned the sensor and now stays between 14-15 |

interestingly a stronger carb spring seems to make it alot worse Yes i moved to the darkside |

im using the second strongest spring with engine oil. and a tuned needle from avonbar. |
