cylinder head oil way rivit

Hiya, I am looking at some cylinder heads around at various mini stores, the cheaper ones state that they do not come with the oil way rivit in place which needs to be blocked off.

Is this the oil way they are talking about? If so, i could drill, tap and put a grub screw in.

minispares have some new head castings produced by Rover that have not been used and they come without the rivit. Never finished them off I guess
