Working on the shell i have, at some point somebody has creased all across the bottom of the bulkhead, looks like somebody put something a bit too big in the boot with no petrol tank in and slammed it shut.
Now this crease hasn't done anything to the shell that i can think of, and the crease isn't very deep, perhaps 4 or 5 mm, but due to the shape of the bulkhead its bloody annoying to look at. Has anbody ever cut the middle out and replaced it with a flat sheet of slightly thicker gauge, shaping it where need be?

Do you have speaker holes in the parcel shelf? Try and knock it back into place with a dolly?

mine isnt the best shape. looks like the same happened to mine as yours, im just covering it in acoustic carpet.
What you cant see and all that!
