It can be done in the car. Have you not got a workshop manual? This describes the process. You will need a flywheel puller.

It can be done in place with inner wings i believe, although a pain in the ass.

Took me 5 hours to pull the clutch, change the primary gear and oil seal on mine night before the RR day. Reckon I would have been quicker taking the engine out! If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Clutch is easy with the engine in if the flywheel decides to come off nicely. If it is any bother is is difficult to get a good swing at it. Apart from that there is plenty of room. I have done it couple of times on my 1990 mini with the big servo master cylinder in the way. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

I've done it in a servo'd car, in the dark. It wasn't too bad. In the 13's at last!.. Just |

wok wise ,slot the back hole and leave the bottom bolt out . Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM |

You think the clutch is dead as it doesn't disengage any more? Surely there is another problem there? |

With autocross minis we used to roll them on their sides for easier access for jobs like these ! |

Should take no more than a couple of hrs, you will need a flywheel puller and a nice long breaker bar will help Crystal Sound Audio said:
