Hi Guys,

Not sure where this would go so mods please move if in wrong place.
A friend of mine has an original Cast Iron 8 port crossflow head (think BMC Works Rally) and is looking for the Tecalemit Jackson or Lucas Mechanical Fuel injection for it.

He has Mechanical Fuel injection but its for a Lotus Cortina I think (and he is the type that would want to get the original setup and give this injection to someone restoring theirs.

So - my real question is, do you have or know of ANYONE who has this - if you could put me in touch with them I would appreciate it.

I think you would have more luck on Mark Forsters mk1 performance conversion page. They have a forum on there as well.

I think your only chance is to addapt another system.

Finding a works one will be impossible. So expensive were they at the time that there were only ever a few in existance and they swapped them between cars.

So even if you could find one now, you would have to be insane to stump up the cash for it.

Tom - cheers mate, just stirring.

Wil, I was told that this is the only part on the car/motor that isnt original. I think if someone had one for sale or something my mate and that person would definately come to an agreement.

I think its got the Lotus Cortina stuff on it now (but not 100% on that)

If it cant be found/bought - I guess thats that.
