I won't say for sure, but I think they are just the 52mm gauge surrounds with mesh on aren't they? Just when I saw it at Brooklands that's the impression I got!

They are chrome gauge surrounds, smiths I beleive of the 52mn variety

Not the same as above but Merlin motorsport do these things, they also sell a gauze which fits inside, I think they may be made by revotec, these look a bit bit but in the catalogue there is a full range, dont seem to be on website though.
