What is the best head gasket to use for an offset bore 1380cc? Does anybody make a gasket that will not overhang the bore? |

Cometic do I think. However a BK450 should do the job. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Me personally would use the AF460 for a 1380 or 1399. It has a slightly larger fire ring, and is a little thicker too, giving a bit more in the combustion chamber offsetting the increase in compression ratio a little those 73.5mm pistons give On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

I have been running with BK450 fine. I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

I dunno which is why I was asking. I've always used BK450 since going turbo. Always used copper before. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |
