cheers Steve - agreed a good deal

The car was for my brother (in sunny Southend) however he had his fingers burnt with an MGF a couple of years ago and wouldn't apparently buy another Rover product

Mgf`s are shite..lol

I,m in southend and this one has no head gasket issues at all , but i see where he is comming from .

Agreed on the MGF's - I told him to buy an MX5 - how he regrets it now!

The Rover thing and K series woes don't generally bother me- unfortunately by Brother has the mechanical sympathy of a 14yo joyrider so to be fair all and everything has a weakness in his hands; Interestingly, the car that lasted the longest in his care was a mini 850
