What does your turbo mini do to the gallon!?!?

I expected it to be bad as its running very rich at the moment... just needs a setup me thinks!

get around 25/28mpg on a run. Tons of advance, but I just can't get the mixture down to a sensible point without it pulling lean under boost (one problem running a T2 that makes so much boost at so little RPM).

I talked many times about using the part throttle 'lean off' pipe, but connecting a solenoid in it, so it closed at anything over 1/2 throttle, but never got round to it...

15 does sound a little too excessive however. No doubt you were playing mind!

Similar to Dave, around 25mpg on a steady run, about 15mpg running 1bar.
