Heavier the better. I stopped using Valvoline 20/50 in my engine, but retained the 1/4 gallon I had left for the dashpot - it's a really heavy, almost treacle like goop!

Try blocking that hose completely. It does odd things to mixtures. Blocking the hose richens the mid range mixture and usually helps hesitation. Don´t know if it helps in your case but try it anyway. |

Do as Jukka says, block the pipe with mole-grips or similar then take it for a spin.

i use neat stp oil treatment its thick as f@ck but works well and you dont hAVE TO TOP IT UP EVERY DAY. always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |
