I want to put this in the front of my mini pickup, will I need to uprate my engine mounts, or maybe my drum brakes?? On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

i reckon some deflex engine mounts should do it, aswell as an ultimate engine steady. as long as your drums are good condition and regularly maintained they'll be fine On 20th Oct, 2015 Tom Fenton said:

Think you may need an injection subframe so that it will clear the bulkhead!

I've heard those V6 Ford conversions are a piece of piss, radiator out of a 2L sierra, and engine mountings from a Sherpa van and it flops straight in.......

Theres a lad with a running cosworth engine in his mini saloon just down the road in Ingrow (about 2 miles away) his is 4x4 and uses the fiat panda 4x4 chassis and running gear. The bodywork and interior i might try get in touch with him for you if you want. Previous Engine: 1040cc Morespeed engine, 1275 turbo head T2 Turbo Mirage Manifolds Megajolt
