If anyone is interested I have a Ka up for grabs,

its an MOT failure on inner and outer sils steering column joint tyres and a few other things, but the sils are the main issue, the cars only done 60 odd k, the engine is pretty sweet with none of the tappet rattle that you usually get on thw valencia engines so it seems a bit of a shame to scrap it, I was going to fix it up and out it but realisically I havent got the time.

its sorned, so you'd need to bring a trailer.

I'll grab pics when i can get some.

looking for 150ono

Ok, got some pics, the outer sills are shot all the way along (Outer sills are about 20quid each), but theres dosent looks to be much in the way of rust inder the carpets as far as I can see.

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

This post makes me realise I'm getting old.

When I were a lad and at college this is the sort of car that the hot girls would have bought new for them by their rich dads.

Unfortunately now the cars are old worthless and rusting away; they're all married, gone down hill, or engaged to morons; and I'm still the same loser driving a mini.

Sigh.....

PMSL so true Nic!

Rob, i'll try to grab some pics of the rotten bits, and have a bit of a poke to see how bad it really is, but that probably wont be until Sat now.

I reckon the inner sils can be patched, the outers look to have gone a fair way along the length right at the bottom where moisture would sit, I think it'd be quicker to get a pair of outer sills and trim them down rather than patching.
