Tom - I couldn't find the thing im after on either of them. *oh well*

Im looking for something like this but in 3/8 unf. Im joining copper pipe to copper, but im going through the bulkhead and want the internal part to be removable if needs be.

Matt,

if you get stuck, jic -3 fittings are the same thread, but the flare is just slightly off, (jic is 37 rather than the 45 of the brake stuff) you could just re angle them in the lathe.
