hi guys
what engine steadys can i fit and what would be the best as my engine moves under boast?

You can fit 2 on the back of the gearbox, and 1 extra on the other side of the engine that mounts to the crossmember.

5 should be plenty, and depending what you use the car for you can solid mount them, or IIRC the late 1996 on bushes are very good. Mini spares sell all of it.

i am only running two at the mo...
i got one up top and one down the front on the gear box just brought one for right hand side gearbox. where can i get the ones for the rear of the gear box apart from mini spares?

Yeah i guessed you were running the standard 2. You could get away with just the 1 on the back of the gearbox and the extra left hand top stabiliser. And why not mini spares?

Am I right in thinking you have to drill the subframe for this though ?

i wouldnt worry about one hole

You shouldn't have to drill the subframe anyway. There should be a hole in exactly the right place for it...unless I was just lucky and someone before me had already drilled it?!
