a few race cars ive seen and a friend of mine has plastic headlights... there so much lighter than the glass ones and wondered if anyone knew where there from. he cant remeber as he got them at a show few years ago

I got some from minispares.
I don't think they are quite what you are looking for though.
They are a little lighter. I don't actually like them as they have a clear lens, so if you wanted them I could do you a deal...
