is the back door not on the drivers side so the driver (when no front passenger is present) can monitor children or similar getting out of the back of the car?... if the door was on the passenger side would it not make things like that more difficult?

The rear windows have a big gap down the middle where the doors meet. Makes for a big black hole in the rear view mirror. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

I think the logic goes that children would be supervised in/out by the driver anyway (who would be out of the car by then) so the door opens onto the pavement in the rest of Europe, but in the UK it opens onto the road.

Like I say, it seems to be the only real negative comment. mate women are not known for logical thinking... you would be suprised how many times it happens

There are a few near me all owned by familys one family has got the countyman and clubman seem to be quite popular, it must be pritty easy to control the kids just like getting out the back of an rx8. As for the rear alot of vans dont have rear windows why do you need them? Just get one with parking sensors jobs done. Drives

for what iti s worth, I like them. There is a particulalry nice combo in metalic brown with brown leather! |
