How do folks

I've just finished rubbing down my mini spares rad which was a bit shy on paint... Has anyone successfully painted a rad that has lasted? Any suggestions for what type of paint I should use?

Cheers

Tom

Im pretty sure you can use any paint on radiator Ive used standed black spray paint on mine , and Its been fine up to now, but if you want you can use engine paint (car plan) if your quick with the brush it does dry fast and does not like you going back over with the brush again, smooth's out nice keeps its shine..

I think i just used normal paint, but it did flake off after a few months. HT spray paint should be fine.

Just normal gloss black works for me. Give it a good coat of etch primer first. *wink*

Cheers folks, ended up using hammershite and given it a few coats, hopefully it'll be fine... I only sprayed the header and bottom part.
