It's good to share, but some of the maps have taken lots of time, trial and error / many expensive hours on the rollers to perfect.. I'm sure someone has a 'base' turbo map tho, similar to the dizzy equivalent for you to start with. Edited by MarkGTT on 21st Dec, 2011. |

John posted one up for the metro van. That did pretty well. Have a search for it. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Most people do share their maps, be it MJ, MS or anything else. Just have a search.

This might seem like a very stupid question to all of you, but how should I optimize my map so it suits my engine perfectly? |

The way to optimise a map is to run the advance on the raggedge of detonation.

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination, talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol On 20th Apr, 2012 Paul S said:

Restrictions here in Austria unfortunately make it almost impossible to run a turbocharged A-series engine. I suppose the existing map is optimized for a turbo engine? I think there are a few on the autos port labs site for NA engines I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
