Fastest A Series Mini in the World

Someone i know ones one of these and is complaining of very suspect roadholding, main symptom seems to be wanting to oversteer , [or back end feeling like it wants to come around in his words].

he said he recently span it at low speed in a supermarket carpark, now i gather these things have some fancy stability/diff setup, but anyone know anything about these cars and if there are any common problems that may account for the above,
