Trying to figure out what the best ratios will be for me..

Hang on a minute, you have gone from originally thinking about a 2.7:1 diff or something like that, to a 4.3:1 which is total opposites.

Why not look at the clubnan set, this has a lower 1st gear. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

3.6:1 should be nice then, especially as its a 1098 with a hottish cam in with foot down driving style.

Well I shift at 5000 - 5500 most times but i sometimes drag it out to 6000

At first I wanted a tall diff but that was before I new how tall it made first gear.. I really don't want first any taller that second.. |

Economy gearset and 3.2 diff!!
