Ages ago I picked up what I was told a 2wd cosworth intercooler buthavering a mess around the other day with postioning and stuff it just seems wider than those in others build threads,

You probably have an Escort cosworth intercooler. It looks very similar, but is a lot larger.

I have keans old cosworth 4wd IC. Its huge!

Roughly the core is 480mm wide, 115mm tall and 120mm deep.

i did the same and bought a cosworth intercooler it even came with the water charge section its foookin masive, goes from inner wing to inner wing for sale if anyone wants it perfect nick £50 lol sorry to jump in |
