Now I know its probibly pants, but! It wuld be handy in my tiny garage where theres no room for a compressor.

if you've not got space inside the garage, could you not build a small enclosure externally to house a compressor? |

Hummm culd be an option. I can always polish the paint after the get rid of any orange peel.

I don't think it really matters what you use, just flat it all back afterwards to the finish you want and polish it up, just put plenty of thin coats on!
