I am being given a gt17 on the weekend to mock up a manifold, my question is my pal changed the turbot cause the old unit had seized up has any one heard of this happening before and is it repairable? Obviously will know more when I pick it up.

Sounds buggered but you don't know till you take it apart.

if the compressor wheel is undamaged I'd be happy to take it off your hands!
