So i went to remove my servo.. normally an easy job, all was going well untill the 2nd bolt facing down wont come out :( it seems to just spin around... is there a nut or something on the inside of the car under the dash like there is for the other side near the thermostat?

Not to my knowledge, i think those are studs off the pedalbox. Pays to check though. If it's spinning, it's snapped, so try to pull it out! (that's if its definitely coming off the pedalbox) On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

The stud may have snapped previously and been replaced by a bolt, so check for a nut on the underside of the pedal box. |

My mk1 pedal box had bolts welded through not studs. One of the tacks holding the bolt head has probably broken.
