Any one got any wiring diagrams how to wire a Denso alternator into the system, and can anyone tell me what each terminal is for, know where to buy the 3 pin plug other than, Demon Tweeks, because 18 quid seems a bit expensive and finally any pictures would be welcome.. Thanks Alan

Im sure ive seen a topic on these denso alternators before on here. might be worth a look.

I got the three pin plug and alternator from maynard, i found these on ebay and rang them directly and it was 10 quid for the plug. You dont need the plug you can use a narrow push on female blade connector.

It looks like your plug has only got two pins in it? This is easy if so, the middle pin in the plug body goes to a switched ignition supply, the outer one goes to the ignition warning light (i dont use this one, as my digidash brings up the lamp on low voltage).
If your plug has 3 pins find out which outer pin goes to the warning light by trail and error. Ive left the other disconnected.

Connect the big stud to the starter motor live feed with some 6mm sq cable and connect it with yellow crimps.

Heres the only picture ive got of mine

Seems to be combination of type 4, and type 7, because of the big terminal on the side with the capital B at side of it, dose this terminal go to the solenoid / battery

yep the big M6 B tag is the charge output ot the battery.

bottom connectorn on the plug goes to the light, middle one to switched live, top one not connected.

I've used 25mm cable from the starter to the alternate. is that too big?
